POSITION DETAILS:
- Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Using pre-approved and provided cleaning chemicals
- Clean the restaurant both front of house and heart of house prior to opening
- Must be detail oriented and ensure that all cleaning standards and procedures are met
