Synerfac is seeking a Cleanroom Operator for our client in Charlottesville, VA. Our client is a medical manufacturer that deliver less-invasive, superior outcomes for surgeons and their patients.The Cleanroom Operator will be packing products for sterilization with established procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Releases work orders as needed through Dataflo.
- Cleans, assembles, and packages products according to operating procedures.
- Inspects product and labels at various stages of the work order utilizing caliper, prints and scanning equipment when needed.
- Distributes labels coming from the label machine to appropriate work cell.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work and gowning area.
- Pulls all material needed for work orders and maintains material transfers.
- Stores, handles, and packages product to prevent mixing of product.
- Picks and closes work orders after final pack is completed.
- Scans and Indexes work orders after product has been final and closed into Finished Goods.
- Utilizes computer and manufacturing software to make necessary inventory movement.
- Performs cycle counts for disposable inventory weekly and/or monthly and runs the preliminary results.
- Researches and resolves any discrepancies found.
- Packages product needed to go out for processing and fills out and distributes necessary paperwork.
- 1+ exp in a manufacturing environment
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
