Clerical Worker
Job description
We are looking to hire in office, must be familiar with quick books and excel. The position needing to be filled consist of but not limited to: File work, invoices ( Matching shippers to invoices and inputting into QuickBooks), payroll entries, drawing up paper work needed for General Contractors, billing for our contracts (AIAs in excel), calling in inspections to numerous cities and logging the information into our system, we also run a apprentice program we have for our plumbers, so you will need to calculate and keep track of hours in our spreadsheet. This position is 40 hours a week, weekends and holidays off. The shift begins at 8am and ends at 4pm. We are a steady pace plumbing company for all new construction ( no residential) in southern MI based in Detroit/Redford border. If you stay busy on your own, willing to learn, want to elevate in a company and familiar with a computer this may be the job for you.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
