Job title: Client acquisition manager (US Staffing)
Locations: GA and NC (remote )
The role of an BDM is to present our staffing services as a resource to managers in hiring positions at Fortune 500 companies and large corporations. The BDM creates business partnerships between Apptrics LLC and the companies in their given territory. Building and maintaining relationships with Fortune 500 clients and large corporations on-site at their offices or at social events is the key responsibility for this position. The job requires the Account Manager to expand a client base through networking with new managers in their territory. The role requires a self-motivated, career-oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills, a competitive nature and a dynamic personality.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Locates potential IT staffing business deals by contacting potential commercial clients.
- Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing IT staffing sales targets.
- Coordinating with onsite and offshore recruitment team.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating IT requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Formulating, developing and implementing yearly IT staffing business strategies to en-sure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through.
- Screens potential IT Staffing business deals by analysing market strategies.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Proactively analyse competitors, vendors and associates.
- Must have good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
- Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation.
- Interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical Thinking Skills. Must be a good team player.
- Hands on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation, to con-tracts negotiations and closings.
- Candidate should be able to develop new and existing customer relationships both at tactical and strategic level.
- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.
- Highly motivated, flexible, ambition to succeed and demonstrated ability to works to-wards stated goals.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
