CLIENT EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE
Description:
Hancock Askew is currently searching for a Client Experience Advocate to facilitate communication between the firm and our tax clients. This position is responsible for handling tax client communication and ensuring they receive concierge-level service throughout the tax return lifecycle. The role also involves administrative duties that support tax department processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provides concierge-level service to tax clients while serving as a liaison between clients and staff throughout the tax return lifecycle to ensure a "WOW!" experience
- Performs accurate and timely processing of engagement letters and related documents
- Onboards new clients
- Monitors workflow status to ensure return is progressing as communicated to the client; proactively communicates status to client throughout the return process
- Serves as backup for other administrative staff as needed
- Completes other duties/projects as directed by firm partners and staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Associate's degree in business-related field preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a professional services setting preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong detail-orientation and proofreading skills
