Our Client Partners hold senior leadership roles tasked with supporting the acquisition and driving the expansion of a portfolio of Techwave customers. The Client Partner acts as a strategic advisor to Sr. Stakeholders on the customer side, uncovering opportunities and capitalizing on successes to support ongoing initiatives and generate additional business.
The preferred candidate will have worked as a Client Partner or Pre-Sales Delivery Head for a global IT Consulting Firm serving the Telecommunications domain. Or as a buy-side Sr. IT Executive that has experience engaging and managing IT Consulting Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of Techwave to a portfolio of clients, engaging with key stakeholders and managing day-to-day interactions with client teams.
- Work closely with Business Development and Service Delivery to ensure we capture opportunities for revenue growth.
- Lead strategic business transformation programs, stakeholder communication, client buy-in, program risks, mitigations and budgets leading to successful program delivery.
- Participate in sales pursuits in collaboration with Techwave account management teams; contribute to the proposal development process; proposal content creation and client presentations.
- Participate in practice development activities; provide mentorship to consultants engaged in client delivery teams; participate in consultant training processes.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall experience in IT services pre-sales and delivery experience.
- Experience leading strategic and tactical discussions with Director level executives and above
- Deep expertise and positioning capability in the areas of corporate IT strategy, execution, and support within the telecommunications domain.
- Self-motivated leader with passion to drive customer engagement and value.
- Proven record of establishing new go-to-market offerings and developing strategic client relationships.
- Understanding of the current landscape of enterprise technology applications and solutions such as: SaaS, PaaS, Application Modernization, Cloud Services, Data & Analytics, ML and AI.
