The Client Relations Manager nurtures long-term relationships with clients and resolves any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. Responsibilities:
- Continually work with buyers, suppliers, and new industries to increase company growth and reach new regions worldwide.
- Create, implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Collaborate with operations management
- Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients,
- Building and maintaining profitable and trusted relationships with customers.
- Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills
- Establish a program that assures employees are aware of all services. Support internal team up-sell or cross-sell services.
- Develop an operating budget for the Customer Relations department
- Travel (domestically and globally) and the ability to work on industry events and fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of the traveling requirements.
- Review and approve subordinate travel expenditures, plans, and leads
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in maintaining client relationships
- Proven track record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
- Must have excellent organizational, managerial, and superb leadership skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to handle questions and disputes in a professional manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- Fluency in English written and spoken, is a requirement with Spanish capabilities as a plus.
