Job description
Seeking an individual who is confident in speaking to clients, has appropriate phone skills and etiquette, able to keep up with a fast-paced environment, has a passion for providing excellent communication skills in order to effectively translate information from our medical team to our clientele. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, triaging medical emergencies, managing and executing various duties delegated by the medical team. Must be able to work well with current team members to ensure a positive work culture. Pay based on experience.
