Job Title: Client Service Representative I
Reports To: Manager of Client Services
Location: Alpharetta, GA, Lebanon, TN (Hybrid)
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled/motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative I. Your primary responsibilities will include working with clients on merchant pricing, customer service issues, general POS terminal technical support, product compatibility, general support, and relationship management of sales channels.
JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
- Provide support of agent/Independent Sales Organizations with service and sales issues.
- Assist with terminal programming, operation, hardware and software support, merchant pricing, proposal, and statement analysis.
- Stay current on industry trends and is able to recommend relevant product solutions to clients.
- Work with processing platforms to accomplish tasks.
- Ensure clients receive required service within established time frames.
- Develop relationships with clients, assisting and encouraging them to enhance their business relationship with the company.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming client order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding service recovery or client concerns.
- Partner with customer service managers to meet and exceed client service expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations and responds promptly.
- Respond to requests to improve service.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; able to handle a situation under pressure and find a solution; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
- Meet productivity standards and expectations.
- Strive to increase productivity.
- Balance team and individual responsibilities, contributes to building a positive team spirit, and puts success of team above own interests.
- Write and speak clearly and uses correct grammar.
- Respond to questions and issues positively.
- Follow instructions and respond to management directions; takes responsibility for actions.
EDUCATION:
- 4 year undergraduate college degree or high school degree with 1-2 years of experience in a related working field.
