Legal Assistant/Client Services Coordinator Qualifications:

  • You're an expert at Client Communication, including capturing intake details. Prior experience working within a boutique law firm or similar client-centric professional office environment is preferable but not required.
  • You have experience managing organizational schedules and calendars.
  • You consider yourself a data entry expert with a background in client management software and cloud-based document storage.
  • Previous experience compiling estate planning binders is a plus!
  • Upon successful onboarding, you will be comfortable independently conducting one-on-one client intake meetings.
  • You enjoy communicating on the phone, via email, Zoom, and in person and do so professionally, congenially, and concisely with impeccable listening skills.
  • You are self-governing but open to constructive criticism and development opportunities to grow personally and professionally into a more robust Drafting or Funding Paralegal or full-service Client Services Coordinator as the firm continues to grow.
  • General case management knowledge in a legal or financial office environment is preferred but not required.
  • You are tech-savvy and quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies. You can intelligently hold conversations regarding technology with IT vendors.
  • Your writing and communication skills are excellent, with superior attention to detail.
  • You are driven by consistently exceeding deadlines with thorough follow-up.
  • You have a demonstrated work history with administrative and receptionist functions such as answering phones, processing mail, filing, copying, scanning, inbox management, inventorying & ordering office supplies, and light bookkeeping.
