Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants (CBC), a growing mental health practice, is seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator (CSC) with excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to support a talented team of 40+ behavioral health clinicians. The position is ideal for a post-baccalaureate candidate interested in eventually applying to graduate school in the mental health field. Included in the position is the opportunity to attend select CBC clinical trainings. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the CSC provides clinician and clinical program support, performs billing functions and provides general operational support for the practice.


General Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the project management of assigned clinical programs, program directors, and coordinators. This includes working closely with clinicians who manage the clinical programs at CBC to ensure that the programs run smoothly

  • Work as a member of the Operations team providing general administrative support for the practice

  • Perform billing duties: process charges in the EMR and charge client credit cards, monitor the billing voicemail and email for billing issues and assist clients, understand fees and corresponding fee structure for all programs and services

  • Greet and assist visitors

  • In conjunction with management, implement and ensure compliance with HIPAA

  • Assist the Director of Operations, Controller and the Co-Founders on special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High facility and proficiency in technology both equipment (ex: computers, AV) and software-based including Microsoft Office, Google, Zoom, and Apple platforms

  • Very strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with staff members, vendors, patients, and other professionals;

  • Has initiative, follow-through, and a strong work-ethic

  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and ability to think ahead

  • Highly resourceful team-player and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to take constructive feedback

  • Highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Starting salary $55,000
