- Angels of Care is looking for professional, energetic personalities with a passion for serving others to complete our Phoenix client care team as a Client Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- The Client Service Specialists play a vital role within the organization. Angels of Care is looking for professional, energetic personalities with a passion for serving others.
- This role is responsible for maintaining great communication with clients and external clinical staff. This position is a great combination of customer service and operational functions.
- The Client Service Specialist will use excellent communication skills, strong phone contact handling skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, the Client Service Specialist will provide excellent HALOS customer service and be the perfect ambassador of Angels of Care.
As the voice of Angels of Care, the CCC acts as the main point of contact for our medically fragile client’s families.

- Receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls, assist with maintaining client/nurse schedules, and developing positive relationships with nurses and families.
- Working closely with clinical staff to provide the best care for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude.
- An AOC CCC has a passion for helping others, does what it takes to go above and beyond to create a positive experience with our nurses and clients, adheres to policies and guidelines and always wears a smile on their face.
This is an office position Monday - Friday in our Scottsdale office.
