Provide exceptional support to Gallup clients.

As a client support specialist, you will provide the world-class service Gallup’s clients expect from us. Supporting a wide variety of Gallup services and products, you’ll help clients, consumers and survey respondents troubleshoot problems and navigate through our platforms. Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills and knack for technology, you’ll answer questions about our products and help transform stressful situations into positive interactions via phone, email and chat support. While most of the time you will work independently, you’ll also collaborate with your team, providing backup and guidance to your coworkers as needed.

• An associate degree or at least three years of customer service or technical support experience required
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
• The ability to work at the Omaha Riverfront campus at least three days a week required
• Availability to work late afternoons, evenings, and some weekends preferred
• Previous chat experience preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
