Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

As the Account Services Specialist, the ideal candidate will ensure all applications account management forms and any client request that come through the department is processed accordingly and in a timely manner. The Account Services Specialist also processes and handles client emails, phone calls, and any supporting documents that are provided. The Account Services Specialist should be a detailed oriented and prepared to provide and maintain our world-famous customer service to the highest standard.

  • Input data into our Salesforce platform and ensure the data that has been entered is accurate and matches all records
  • Understand the Account Services process
  • Execute processes quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality of work
  • Responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Maintaining daily workload while managing calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Consult with clients who are opening an account with Quest
  • Assist and collaborate with the Marketing and Sales department regarding client relations during classes/events
  • Participate in daily consultations with the Marketing and Sales department
  • Perform other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma is required
  • College degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience is recommended
