Rogue Risk is seeking a full-time Client Success Associate to support our Premier Insurance Advisors. We are looking for someone who is hungry and motivated to grow personally and professionally by joining a young, driven company hellbent on providing A class service to our prospects and clients. This person will be excited and fast-paced and someone who strives to exceed client expectations with their product knowledge, level of attentiveness and communication and ability to problem solve.
The Client Success Associate will act as the main point of contact for our middle-market commercial insurance clients for all service requests, questions, and problems that need solving as it pertains to their account and policies. They will build long-lasting relationships with our clients founded on trust and the ability to deliver accurate solutions and assistance when needed through phone, text, and email. This person is friendly, confident, adaptable, quick learning, positive, loves working as part of a team and is enthusiastic to contribute in unforeseen ways as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
An ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Must hold a P&C license
- The ability to use a computer and be able to learn and navigate a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), Agency Management System (AMS) and other technology to perform the job at a high level
- A background and experience in commercial insurance and commercial insurance carriers, MGAs, and wholesalers
- Provide world class customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email, etc.) and similar products
- Additionally, any offer of employment would be contingent on a clean background check.
- Proven working experience as an Account Manager or relevant experience
- Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical, worker’s comp, general liability, etc.)
- Proven ability to work with and achieve service goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, multitask, and problem solve effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate trusting relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance
- Serves as a consultative resource between our carrier and agent partners with respect to price, coverage, and terms of potential insurance contracts
- Work closely with Premier Insurance Advisors to market new business accounts and renewals
- Responsible for the processing of endorsements, certificates of insurance, billing related issues, and claim-related issues
- Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, by phone, and through written communication
- Maintain appropriate and thorough documentation of conversations, recommendations, and other corresponding matters with clients and prospects
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely resolutions to needs, and general account support
- Respond to incoming inquiries (phone, online, walk-in) and gather all necessary information
- Contact clients in a timely manner after they have filed a claim with intent to comfort and provide any direction or advice needed
- Actively prospect, round accounts and solicit increases in existing client coverage
- When needed, provide assistance to quoting team by processing quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow-up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation
- Support and prepare clients for renewal retention and re-shop carriers when needed
- Anticipate, respond to and follow-up on all existing client needs
- Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure service targets are achieved
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge in order to better provide the professional advice and sound recommendations to protect the client
- Submit new business when needed in accordance with agency and carrier standards
- Have a good knowledge of the Agency and Agency’s carriers underwriting criteria
- Follow all agency and Department of Insurance rules and regulations
- Identify revenue opportunities for the clients and the company
- Properly manage client’s expectations of solutions to their needs and follow through on commitments

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 – 4:30 EST

Required education and experience:
At minimum a H.S. diploma (or equivalent)
Prior Account Manager experience is preferred
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
Must be able to provide valid documents showing authorization to work in the United States
