Client Support Coordinator
Job description
Job Summary:
The Client Support Coordinator is a three-year grant-funded position. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and excellent customer service to the grant-funded program clientele. This position will oversee the composition of cumulative reports, appointments, and communication to program participants.
Essential Functions
- Support daily administration of the center and assist the Workforce Development Coach.
- Provide customer service and support to clients of Goodwill and community partners.
- Assist with event scheduling and managing appointments/training schedules.
- Attend and contribute to meetings and projects that relate to the program.
- Author and publish documents, reports, and resources for the grant program.
- Ensure that all clients receive a high level of service and necessary information.
- Support and organize the grant program client files and ensure their accuracy.
- Be knowledgeable of and comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by management or that specifically relate to the TANF grant.
Required skills and education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education and Experience
- One (1) year of office experience is required.
Knowledge and Skills
- Able to deal with all situations calmly and positively.
- Able to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Able to learn new processes quickly and possess strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
- Strong customer service, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management skills and must be able to pay attention to detail.
Certifications and Licenses
- A valid Drivers License.
Preferred Education / Experience / Knowledge & Skills / Certifications & License
- Bachelors and/or Associates degree in a related field.
- Office management and or placement experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.75 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Mount Juliet, TN 37122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Computer skills: 3 years (Preferred)
