Client Support Worker – IDD Residential Group Home (Full-time)

Location: Stone Mountain, GA

Shifts Available: 8a-8p or 8p-8a

Salary: Starting at $13/hr


Job Description:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a residential group home setting

• Implement individual support plans and behavior plans to promote independence, safety, and personal growth for clients

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Administer medications and document appropriately

• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients

• Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping duties

• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings

• Document client progress and behavior in accordance with policies and procedures

• Participate in staff meetings and training as required

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients, families, and co-workers

• Required to work every other weekend

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
