Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community based Medicare and Medicaid funded program which provides all-inclusive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. Senior LIFE makes it possible for seniors to remain at home, enjoying the comfort and reassurance of familiar surroundings while receiving the care they need. Senior LIFE staff live the mission of the program. Our team is committed to partnering with our seniors to remain at home through promoting open communication and shared decision making while providing excellent care and services.

The Clinical Services Coordinator is responsible for the direct oversight of the center’s clinical team as well as onboarding, employee engagement and retention. They will monitor job performance and staff retention. The successful candidate will fully understand and demonstrate commitment to the mission of Senior LIFE through daily communication with members, families, community and staff. Building a trusting relationship with each member/family/caregiver by being available, listening, communicating, and educating, via every available forum such as the day center, home visits, phone calls, scheduled, and unscheduled clinical appointments, etc. is also a key role of the Clinical Services Coordinator.

Candidates must have proven leadership experience with at least two years within a healthcare environment, a Bachelor’s degree within a related field and a current PA driver’s license is required. RN license is required.
