General Description
Working with the Vice President of Administration & Finance and other senior leadership, this position will oversee the implementation, enhancement, and management of the electronic health record system (eHana); and integration; working with clinical and program management on work flow refinement, design and implementation involving clinical and office management IT software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems, preferably with additional certifications.
- Thorough knowledge of EHR and similar applications, the implementation, configuration and documentation process; experience with integration of this with and other similar systems
- Experience and/or training to EHR systems and related software. Ability to adapt training to clinical workflows.
- Significant experience in system and process analysis, workflow redesign and project management in behavioral health or other similar outpatient environment.
- Experience in a management capacity and the ability to view process and change implementation from both a management and staff perspective.
- A track record of producing work that is highly accurate and demonstrates attention to detail
- Computer experience should include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at the intermediate / advanced level.
- CQI or Six Sigma training/experience highly desirable
