*We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare LVN professional with relationships in the San Gabriel Valley area - who will want to use their passion for helping others by educating the community about our Hospice services. This position is for Business Development / Clinical LVN Liaison for Global Home Hospice Service Inc. *In this role, you will use strategic business planning, community outreach and analysis skills to drive patient referrals and admissions in our market. Identify and increase market share through research, referrals, networking and working the referral sources. You will be a part of a team that will support comprehensive health needs of patients and families through a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy to promote quality Hospice outcomes.

*You will be rewarded for your success with a bonus/tier program based on performance results, while you assist families in making important healthcare Hospice decisions.

Full-Time plus benefits: 75K – 95K Base depending upon experience

Requirements for Clinical Liaison / Business Development Specialist

• Professional Healthcare License (LVN) - required

• 1-3 years of related experience in healthcare (preferred Hospice or Home Health experience)

• Possess the ability to provide appropriate clinical evaluation and input regarding patients for Hospice services

• Sales/Business Development strongly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented

• Able to travel (by car) within the San Gabriel Valley area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
