In This position you will.....

• Develop long term relationship with new and existing referral partners
• Coordinate and Lead Community education and awareness events including conferences, tours, and promotional events
• Support the discharge and aftercare planning needs for Sandstone's Northern Virginia facilities

Location: Northern Virginia Community

Schedule: Flexible Schedule - Some evening/weekend hours are required to provide services needed

Work Environment: Remote / Community

Compensation: $63,000-93,000 Annual Salary (Based on Candidate Experience) + Bonus Incentives

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

• Experience working in the Mental Health / Behavioral Health and/or Substance Use space in an outreach / business development role is REQUIRED
• Previous experience in marketing and / or outreach is required
• Ideal candidate has discharge planning experience.
• Ideal candidate has business development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word, and Excel preferred
• Must be highly self-motivated, very organized, detail-oriented, personable, outgoing and collaborative.
