Greenkey Resources is representing a large health plan in Idaho who is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team, remotely. This is a M-F 8-5 CST role. Pharmacist will assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of pharmacy-specific population health strategies. Serve as a resource/liaison for internal and external customers and contribute to quality and cost containment initiatives including member and provider outreach to promote pharmacy adherence measures.

We're looking for Clinical Pharmacist with:

• Experience: 1 year; OR Post-graduate pharmacy residency
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) from an accredited School of Pharmacy; OR Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
• Certifications/Licenses: Pharmacist License in the State of Idaho or a State with a valid reciprocity, in good standing

What a day of a Clinical Pharmacist would look like:

• Use data and other information to identify opportunities for process improvement or cost reduction. Collaborate with others to design and implement quality improvement projects.
• Outreach to individual members and providers in support of pharmacy quality measures including CMS Star Part D metrics
• Support of MTM improvement and completion processes
• Ensure processes are compliant with pharmacy-related regulatory standards (e.g., NCQA).
• Work with vendors (e.g. Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), specialty pharmacy) to coordinate efforts and implement solutions for identified issues in a timely manner.
• Revise vendor monitoring initiatives in relation to regulatory and business changes (e.g. new ventures).
• Participate on various physician-led committees such as the Medical Policy Committee, Quality and Effectiveness committee, Quality Improvement Committee, and Clinical Policy and Process Committee.
• Work with analytics and actuaries as needed to interpret claims data for employer group reporting and general trend analysis.

• Utilization management (step therapy, prior authorization)
