Job Summary:
Direct oversite of practice to include management and assurance of effective operation of all staff, billing, resources, and patient services. Ensures daily operations included but not limited to cash collections, billing, denial management appropriate coding and utilization. Reporting function of activity to include referral source, collectibles by payor and procedure. Supervisors and coordinates all clinical services staff to ensure effective, efficient and processional performance. Builds and maintains a work environment that promotes trust and engagement of office staff and providers to drive progress and goal achievement in the areas of financial performance, revenue cycle management, employee and patient satisfaction, and quality care.
Required Qualifications:
SC Licensed RN or BS in Health Administration and five years’ experience; three years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare Office Management certification preferred.
