Indian Creek Ambulatory Surgery Center is a state of the art ASC jointly owned by the University of Kansas Health System and physician investors, and managed by Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC. Indian Creek ASC has 7 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms and provides patients with services in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, Colorectal Surgery, ENT, GI and Pain.

Indian Creek ASC is seeking a Perioperative experienced nurse leader who is self-motivated, analytical, and passionate about driving a culture of patient safety through a robust quality and risk management program. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, and is able to manage competing priorities on a daily basis. We are seeking a nurse leader who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in more than one of the following: clinical risk management, quality assurance performance improvement processes, infection control, and data collection and analytics.

Required experience/skills/education

Graduate of an accredited BSN program required

Current KS nursing license required

PeriOperative experience preferred

Minimum 3 years quality and risk management experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
