Position Details

Provide client centered supervision and leadership for Allegan county outpatient and SUD recovery services. Responsibilities include supervision and development of clinical staff, ensuring provision of quality care, program development activities including data driven evaluation and change management processes, community and funder coordination. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. Allegan County Services are provided in person in the office, community and jail settings. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.

Position Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
  • State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.)
  • CAADC Credential
  • CCS Credential or willing / eligible to pursue
  • 4+ years post graduate work
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
  • Familiarity with the Allegan County resources
