• Personal Care Assistant

Collaborate with a scheduler to design a work schedule that fits your needs. Lots of long shifts available and overtime shifts are available too.

PERK: Flexibility. Our schedulers work with your availability.

• Care Region Assistant

A Care Region Assistant will be assigned a consistent schedule based on your availability with a consistent set of clients within a designated area. You will drive your own car and be reimbursed for your travel time and mileage. You must be able to obtain a minimum of at least 30 Hours/week for this position.

(Must have Valid Driver's License, All Updated Car Documents, Current Cleared Traffic Abstract)

What you can expect as a CNA/NA:

• Providing care to our clients under support of an RN Supervisor
• Assisting clients with ADLs including but are not limited to:
• Bathing/Grooming/Dressing
• Oral Care
• Toileting Activities
• Feeding
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
• Medication Reminders
• Range of motion and exercises
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients
• Providing one-on-one attention and care in a home setting
• Understand, perform, and adhere to the information and precautions listed in the clients' plan of care

CNA / NA Requirements:

• Licensed Certified Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide Certificate
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic CPR and First-Aid certification (No online CPR)
• Health Clearance / Physical Exam (within a year)
• Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within a year)
• Must have a smartphone
• MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

**Incomplete requirements will still be considered. However, those with complete requirements will be prioritized.
