Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Active NC CNA is required.)

Responsibilities:

• Personal care - assist clients with the activities of daily living and personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing, etc.
• Companionship - visiting with the client, reading with them, or listening to music, etc.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Transportation, responsibly complete errands, and conduct shopping for clients
• Adaptable to clients needs and scheduling changes
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, family members, and Home Helpers
• Communicate with (and support) clients and your team members

Location: Holly Springs, NC

Qualifications:

• CNA in North Carolina
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (and random drug screens)
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to email and a smart phone/mobile device
• Understands and respects client ethics and confidentiality of care
• Strong social, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strength to perform the job requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a CNA Caregiver
• Dementia Experience
