There are multiple Operator openings in Dowagiac, MI:
Morning Shift (Machinist - Set Up)
- 6:00am to 4:30pm
- 50 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
Night Shift (two variations)
- 7:30pm to 6:00am (building 3)
- 9:30pm to 6:00am (building 1)
- 50 hours per week (Sunday through Thursday)
Pay: 17 - 20 Hourly
*** There is a very long training period for these positions where the candidate will be on first shift for 30-90 days. Please make sure the candidate (if for a night shift) is able to accommodate their schedule for training on days.***
The openings needed are for CNC Operators. There are machine technicians and engineers that do all of the programming, tooling changes, set-ups, and tooling adjustments. The CNC Operator only runs the machine and utilizes quality tools to check parts in accordance with a blueprint. The candidate should be familiar with utilizing micrometers, calipers, and various gages.
