• Can assist and train new Level I&II Operators as well Level I Setup Techs
• Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions
• Can determine basic need for adjustments or repairs
• Basic Development and strength of mechanical-assembly knowledge
• Perform basic setups efficiently with minimal direction and supervision
• Accurately calculates and sets machine controls to regulate machining operations
• Perform first part inspection and in process inspections
• Utilizes production work orders and documents
• Ensures all documentation is complete and correct
• Identify root causes and corrective action for quality problems
• Maintain equipment and work area on a daily basis in a clean and orderly condition
• Ability to take direction from lead and supervisor to complete assigned tasks
• Communicates information clearly and directly with co-workers both verbally and in writing
• Ability to accept constructive criticism and deal calmly and effectively with stressful situations
• Demonstrates daily, the ability to utilize interpersonal and communication techniques, working in a team environment, and dealing with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles
