Crew Member Responsibilities

· Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment

· Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles Cones etc

· Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product

· Maintaining a clean, organized store.

· Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)

· Your own transportation

· The ability to work up to 6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs

· Able to clearly communicate with customers

*Frosting and decorating ice cream cakes

*Creating unique ice cream cakes

*Timely filling of customer special orders

*Maintaining standards for product freshness

*Assisting in other duties as assigned

*Be good at multitasking

*Keeping work area clean and organized

Prior experience with cake making would be great. Proper training will be provided.

· Successful Crew Members may be eligible for promotion and pay raise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
