Overview: The Commercial Inside Sales position at Monarch Roofing of Myrtle Beach reports to the Commercial Division Manager. This position will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for the customer service experience before, during, and after jobs are completed; this includes increasing sales, forwarding leads to the Commercial Project Manager, following up on leads and entering warranty and veteran rebates into the computer system.

Duties:

  • Takes calls, responds to emails and interfaces with clients
  • Keep log of all leads in sales
  • Helps customer get what they deserve, The Best!
  • Prepares internal and external corporate documents for the team members
  • Answers incoming customer calls and enters new leads in the company CRM system
  • Schedules appointments between the customers and sales
  • Handles all follow up procedures for pending leads
  • Reviews and approves contracts, including all elements required for job approval
  • Helps with closing procedures including warranties, letters of completion and thank you gifts as needed
  • Assist Sales with requests/needs while they are in the field
  • Helps customers before during and after projects are completed

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $750-$900 per week
