Communications Coordinator Sample Job Duties:

• Responsible for communications and marketing materials and their compliance with the organizations mission and branding. Represents CFI to the public in a favorable and consistent manner.
• Coordinate and implement public relations strategies in order to increase awareness of CFI and its programs.
• Assist with CFI fundraising efforts.
• Assist with managing the marketing and public relations efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related field and/or progressive experience in communications functions that demonstrate ability to perform the job. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Must be familiar with social media trends and techniques, Constant Contact and website management and maintenance. Ability to handle multiple short-term deadlines in a fast paced environment.
