Establish a strong presence for First Federal Bank including but not limited to, developing relationships with Property Management Companies, Self-Managed Home Owner's Associations, Realtors, Builders, and other Professional Offices.

Business Development – Develop relationships with new clients in Duval, Baker and Nassau Counties. Calling on prospects/clients for the purpose of developing leads that will generate deposits and loans. Banker will be the face of the bank in the community by representing First Federal at community events and functions. Primary focus will be gaining the relationship of Property Management Companies and Self-Managed Home Owner's Associations. Participate in all steps related to gaining business relationships including but not limited to, meeting with prospects, determining banking and lending needs, facilitating account opening, primarily face to face, as well as by phone. Attend various training, luncheons, and events to raise referral source awareness of the Company's products and services.

Client set up – Work directly with the client, retail banking and commercial lending team to determine deposit and loan needs. Determine the client's specific needs for electronic banking products and services. Work closely with our eCorp Business Services team to ensure proper setup of electronic businesses services and provide service beyond expectation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years of current outside sales origination experience, including established contacts/relationships with Property Management Companies, Home Owner Associations and other relevant referral partners.
Thorough knowledge of Lockbox products and programs.
Knowledgeable in regulatory, policy and compliance issues pertaining to the Property Management and Home Owners Association.
Experience in proactively soliciting new business.
Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects.
Good analytical skills necessary to evaluate client's needs and determine trends in a given market place.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Proficiency in standardized software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Independently manage all associated sales activities for your specific geography as it relates to developing and expanding relationships with customers both consumer and business, associations and property management companies in order to help them meet their financial goals.
Make an impact by contributing to the growth of the bank through business and commercial loan referrals, deposits and fee income.
Exercise your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to engage with prospective customers in the community.
Work in a supportive environment encouraging community and business development activities.
Be a part of a collaborative team with various business services partners to support the full client relationship.
Willing to do overnight travel when necessary.
Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
