Job description
Highfields, Inc. is looking for compassionate, dedicated person who wants to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.
You will receive ongoing team support, training and supervision in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model as you work with families, youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology. For more information on Multisystemic Therapy, please watch this video: YouTube- How Does MST Work?

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area required. New master's level graduates are welcome.
- State Licensure
- Experience with youth
Travel Requirements
- Travel to clients’ homes is required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must maintain adequate insurance coverage.
- Must have/maintain a valid driver’s license and driving history in good standing.
