Goldstar is looking for a trustworthy, organized and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure accountability between departments and onboarding customers in a professional and positive manner. This includes conducting audits, maintaining records, and assisting the Compliance Officer in all industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of our ATM machines to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of compliance activities and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and changes, and communicate these changes to the Compliance Officer and relevant staff.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues related to ATM machines.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in training and education programs to ensure compliance knowledge is up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ATM machines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
