Role Responsibilities

In your role as a Compliance Specialist you will assist our Compliance Officer with all things compliance throughout the bank. Participate in audits, share information on compliance topics with bank staff, manage and update policies, help manage BSA program, and analyze and review documents and processes, as well as many other duties.

Role Requirements

You will bring with you a minimum of a high school diploma. Having 2 - 3 years of experience in banking bank compliance and knowledge and / or experience with an automated BSA platform, such as Verafin is highly desirable.
