In this role you will be providing premium concierge services to the hospital's employees- you are the expert! Hours of Operation

• Monday to Friday (Shifts vary)
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview

• Provide information to hospital employees regarding the area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities
• Arrange services for hospital employees such as scheduling and assisting with vehicle maintenance appointments
• Runs appropriate errands for employees and picks up or delivers a variety of items
• Provides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs
• Receives, stores, and delivers mail and packages
• Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of employees
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possesses a valid, in-state driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
• Previous customer service experience is required; previous hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital employees and team members
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to 8 hours at a time in an indoor environment
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 15 pounds without assistance
• Posses conflict resolution skills and experience when dealing with difficult situations
