Job Description:
Uncle Kim's Flooring is seeking a Concrete Coating Specialist to join our team. As a Concrete Coating Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing concrete substrates for the application of high-performance concrete coatings, as well as the application of the high-performance concrete coatings such as epoxy's and polyaspartic's.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for coating by removing old paint, grease, or other contaminants
- Apply coatings using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Follow strict safety guidelines and regulations
- Keep workspaces clean and organized
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Ensure quality control by performing inspections on finished work
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in concrete coating or related field
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to actively keep workspaces organized and clean
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
