- Communicate with field and office employees
- Inspect work areas for quality
- Supervise, coach, train and encourage crew members
- Set concrete footing, wall, and slab forms
- Create and maintain safety on job sites
- 10+ years of concrete flat work experience
- 1+ year(s) in a leadership role
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
- Ability to travel to job sites across front range: Colorado Springs, CO to Cheyenne, Wyoming
- Valid driver license
- Commitment to safety and quality
