Job description
Primary Duties:
- Be able to read tape measure, perform basic math functions.
- Digging trenches, compacting earth backfilling holes using basic tools and shovels.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Experience operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working OUTDOORS in Texas Weather.
- MUST be able to read a tape measure.
- Able to Lift 50lbs +
- Standing / Walking on Uneven Surfaces
- Strenuous Manual Labor, Lifting, Carrying Unloading by HAND
- Able to Dig Earth by Shovel requiring bending and leaning.
- Excavation Equipment Experience a plus!

- Related experience.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple step instructions.

Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; and stoop, or kneel. The employee regularly lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and can be exposed to climates consistent with
