Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a General Laborer with an exceptional driving record. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to support our operations. Your primary focus will be on driving company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel, while also assisting with various physical labor tasks as required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites, following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to the company's safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and tools at job sites.
• Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to established work schedules and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and report any mechanical issues or damage to the appropriate personnel.
• Comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in interactions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a general laborer or similar role is preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Excellent driving skills and a demonstrated commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including trucks, vans, or forklifts.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
