Looking for a Construction Manager

What you will be doing as a Construction Manager

  • Oversee and direct venue DAS/small cell construction projects from conception to completion
  • Provide subject matter expertise on wireless construction quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource regarding OSHA regulations, ANSI standards and safety policies.
  • Participate and provide leadership for weekly market safety meetings involving discussions to mitigate hazards, conduct incident root cause investigations, or assist operations with pre-job planning.
  • revisions, practical training modules and methodology.
  • Provide assistance and support to Customer, State and Federal entities during inspections, inquiries or corrective action initiatives.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
  • Review the work progress on daily basis and send daily progress reports to the PM
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Audit construction and installations and identify vendor punchlist requirements and follow up
  • Material BOM handling a plus

  • Proven working experience managing in-building wireless DAS construction
  • Advanced knowledge of venue construction management processes, means and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Ability to plan and see the big picture
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Leadership and human resources management skills
