Job Overview: As a Hybrid Construction Project Manager/Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from planning to completion. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and be a self-motivator with extensive knowledge of the construction industry. While the majority of the work is located in Michigan, occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, estimating, and procurement of materials and labor.
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, to ensure that all project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project
- Review and approve project designs, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance, and take corrective action as needed to
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- 4 years of experience as a Hybrid Construction Project Manager/Superintendent preferred.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from planning to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of GSA contracts, postal JOC contracts and Gordian system is a plus.
