Job description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to perform QA/QC duties on assigned federal construction projects. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality Program on assigned projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Perform Three-Phases of Control (Preparatory, Initial, & Follow-Up Inspections / Meetings
• Perform First Line Inspections of in-progress and completed work for the Three Phases of Control
• Review and submit product data submittals.
• Maintain submittal register
• Coordinate and oversee the commissioning and closeout documentation
• Maintain Rework Items List

Qualification requirements

• 5 years of QA/QC experience on federal construction projects
• RMS experience
• OSHA 30
• Red Cross First Aid & CPR
• USACE CQM Certification

Physical demands and abilities

• Regularly spend long hours sitting (or standing) and using office equipment and computers
• Regularly walk construction job sites to inspect and enforce safety program.
• Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
• Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
• Frequently work on projects and tasks that require deadlines for completion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
