Job description

I build decks, fences, wheelchair ramps, exterior carpentry projects, and occasional indoor remodels. Need a worker to do basic work.

PAY:

• $20/hour
• 6-8 hour work days, 4-6 days per week
• I will buy you high quality new work boots ($200-$300) after being with me for one month
• Will rarely tip you on very hard days, when we lift a lot of concrete
• Rarely, the customer sometimes tips us

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL
• Hard worker
• On Time
• Trustworthy
• Desire to Learn
• Has a car, phone, GPS
• Basic Hand Tool Experience preferred but not required- use of drills, impact wrenches circular saws, jog saws, sawzalls, levels, etc.
• You are not allowed to bring any tools to the jobsite. I provide all tools and material
• I dont care what your history/backround is, or if you have a record. I dont do backround checks. Shoot straight with me and I'll shoot straight with you.
• Bring your own water, lunch, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to work hard physical labor
• Able to lift 80 lb. bags of concrete
• Lift/Move lumber
• Excavation- digging post holes with breaker bar, post hole digger, or power auger
• Excavation- digging foundation of walkways or small deck patios with pick axe or shovel
• Able to operate a jack hammer, rotary hammer
• Able to take direction and learn while on the job
• Able to turn a wrench, screw in deck screws into deck boards
• Occasionally operate a nail gun

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
