Our Content Marketing Coordinator executes implementation of content marketing for data products. As the Content Marketing Coordinator, you will be a good problem solver and will work well independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment. You will welcome the opportunity to grow and learn in an apprenticeship culture where you can quickly build and expand your skill-set. Additionally, you will also help enable a digital and consistent content database and collaborate among teams. By communicating in a clear and concise manner with a positive and engaged tone, you will assist in building a loyal customer base for the overall data team.

Essential Functions:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to grow the Fintech brand, increase qualified sales leads, and simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with the development of email matrices and campaign deployment, including project coordination with cross functional teams, and working with analytics on performance tracking
  • Support marketing activities through market research, by collecting and analyzing preliminary documentation, and planning and facilitating capture strategies, including behavioral triggers, lifecycle series, ad hoc and transactional emails.
  • Work with customer experience, product development, and internal marketing teams to implement strategies for list growth, health and increased engagement.
  • Engage and nurture email audiences to meet short and long term business goals.
  • Work with the greater Data Content Marketing team to ensure that marketing campaigns are sufficiently increasing consumer awareness and revenue for our data products
  • Manage multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner under tight deadlines.
  • Comply with corporate standards to present a consistent appearance and style for external marketing communications.
  • Maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Participate in the development and transmission of monthly Insights, customer newsletter, to include managing the Insights website and working with web, email and content partners.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience marketing
  • Proven ability to work both independently as well as within large cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Experience with and possesses a thorough understanding marketing principles
  • Experienced with CRM and PM platforms such as Asana, HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong initiative and organization
  • Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment (independently as well as in a team)
  • Excellent attention to detail
