Customer Success Account Manager (US)

About the Role
You will be in charge of all content to position Concord as the number one CLM for small and medium businesses. You will write actionable content with the goal of increasing conversions and generating pipeline. You will conduct interviews of current customers, industry leaders, potential prospects, etc. to create articles, use cases and white papers. This position is in-office in Austin TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Research content strategies put in place by SaaS thoughts leaders and the competition
- Interview current customers, industry leaders or potential prospects to gain insight on business proposition, product use cases, etc.
- Write content that can be easily split between articles, guides, ebooks, use cases or white papers
- Track and report on the performance of each piece of content, and leverage SEO to increase traffic and conversions.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years as a content writer
- Fluent in English
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Basic understanding of SEO factors and best practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of Wordpress.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills
- Self-starter: you spot new opportunities and take ownership over them
- Proven ability to research topics in industries such as: Legal, Operations, Contracts, etc
- Local to Austin TX
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
