Your Role:

The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive the design, implementation, and evolution of improved performance in key metrics across Tru Vue. This individual will have extensive experience and quantifiable success working with key business stakeholders to identify the right KPI’s and develop focused prioritization to create impactful business results.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an individual who has 5+ years of experience with:

· Driving targeted, sustainable process improvement roadmaps, adjusting prioritization when required.

· Provide needed leadership, mentoring, oversight and training in all areas of Lean methodology and act as a key driver of change within the company.

· Drive the continuous improvement culture to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share via the use of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies
