We are a small road construction service company with a BIG heart and would love to find our perfect match for the position of Contract Administrator.
The Contract Administrator will be in charge of:
- organizing and maintaining contracts
- negotiating contract terms and reviewing pricing for accuracy
- maintaining all contract compliance timely, including Subcontractors
- coordinate and maintain the Company Calendar and Job Number Book with other field and office team members
- audit contracts periodically
- attend meetings, training, and events as required
- communicate effectively with field team members, estimators, and our surety broker
- communicate effectively with other office staff regarding accounting matters
- file away and/or store paperwork/documents as necessary
- answer phones and emails promptly as well as any other relevant office duties as needed
Required experience: contract management and comprehension 2+ years; prevailing wage payroll and reporting through various online portals 2+ years; construction industry 2+ years; positive, personable and self-motivated attitude; strong skills with general office workplace environment such as computer and Microsoft and Google operating systems literacy, reading, writing, and verbal communication, multi-tasking, and being flexible, and organized. The ability to work well in a team as well as independently is ideal.
Preferred experience: Quickbooks software 1+ years.
Helpful experience: Union dues deductions, tracking, and reporting.

Remote work possibilities of at least 2 days per week will be available as long as work quality and communication does not decline.
