Briscoe Protective, a Pye Barker Fire & Safety / Fire Protection Service Corporation company, is hiring for a Contract Renewal Specialist in our Centereach, NY location.

Position Summary:
The Contract Renewal Specialist will focus on current and potential customers in an effort to consult and sell all renewal product options including multiyear and coterminous renewals and capture takeover business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain renewal contracts
• Develops and continues relationships with current customers and potential customers
• Upsell additional services and products
• Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers
• Assist with maintaining leads in our CRM
• Generate new and repeat leads/sales by providing product information in a timely manner
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Educates customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
• Contacts customers following sales & service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any questions or concerns
• Contact previous customers and call new leads to generate sales
• Works in conjunction with outside sales team to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
• Accomplish required goals as assigned by Sales Manager
• Various administrative duties, such as mailing materials and maintain follow-up tracking
• Other duties as required

Education & Required Skills:

• 1-3 years sales experience highly desired
• Experience renewing and generating contracts preferred
• Highly motivated and goal oriented
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Understanding of Fire and Security Industry preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Office software with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive outlook, committed, achievement oriented
